Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service. It is currently available to eligible adults who are physically located in the fifty (50) U.S. states or the District of Columbia while using the Service.
Cuddle is designed for people navigating married or partnered life stages who want a calmer, more respectful way to connect. Eligible members may create profiles, discover other members, express interest through Likes, form Matches, communicate with matched members, and use available account and safety tools.
Cuddle is built around respectful communication, clear boundaries, and personal responsibility.
What can I do on Cuddle?
Depending on your eligibility, account status, device, browser, and current feature availability, Cuddle may allow you to:
create and manage a profile;
browse and view profiles;
review Incoming Likes and the profiles of members who sent them;
send Likes Back and form Matches;
message matched members;
send First Likes with active Premium access;
use photo-sharing controls where supported;
report, block, or unmatch members; and
manage account, security, and privacy settings.
Certain functionality may be limited, tested, modified, suspended, or unavailable because of account status, safety controls, moderation, anti-spam measures, fraud prevention, technical limitations, operational requirements, or applicable law.
Is Cuddle an app?
Cuddle is currently provided through web-based access.
You can use Cuddle through a supported web browser. You do not need to download a mobile app.
Is Cuddle free?
Yes. Cuddle offers Free Access.
Free Access currently includes:
browsing and viewing profiles;
reviewing Incoming Likes and the profiles of members who sent them;
sending Likes Back;
forming Matches;
messaging matched members; and
using available reporting, blocking, unmatching, account-security, and safety tools.
No payment is required to use eligible Free Access functionality.
Premium is optional. Premium allows an eligible member to send up to ten (10) First Likes per day and includes all eligible Free Access functionality.
A First Like is a Like you initiate toward a member who has not already sent you an Incoming Like.
Premium has a base price of US$89 for thirty (30) days, plus any applicable taxes or fees displayed at checkout.
Premium is a one-time purchase. It does not automatically renew, and Cuddle does not automatically charge your payment method again when the purchased access period ends.
Continued Premium access requires a new purchase and separate payment authorization.
What does Cuddle not guarantee?
Cuddle does not guarantee:
profile views;
Likes;
Matches;
messages or replies;
conversations;
meetings or dates;
relationships;
compatibility;
another member’s identity or truthfulness;
another member’s intentions, availability, or safety; or
any particular result or outcome.
A profile, Like, Match, message, photo, account review, badge, account indicator, Premium access, safety tool, or support response does not verify or guarantee another member’s identity, circumstances, intentions, truthfulness, availability, safety, or future conduct.
Use your own judgment, respect other members’ boundaries, and use available safety tools when needed.
What safety tools are available?
Subject to availability and applicable restrictions, Cuddle may provide:
reporting;
blocking;
unmatching;
account review;
moderation;
fraud-prevention controls;
account-security controls; and
other safety-related tools.
You do not need Premium access to report or block another member.
These tools are intended to support a safer and healthier community, but they cannot eliminate every risk. They do not replace your own judgment, appropriate safety precautions, emergency services, professional assistance, or law enforcement.
