Who can use Cuddle?

Learn who can use Cuddle, including the 18+ requirement, supported U.S. availability, account eligibility, and when access may be limited.

Cuddle is for people who meet Cuddle’s eligibility requirements.

Cuddle is an 18+ online connection service with profile, matching, and messaging features. To use Cuddle, you must be old enough, located in a supported area, legally able to use the Service, and allowed to use Cuddle under the rules that apply to you.

Basic eligibility

You may use Cuddle only if you:

  • are at least 18 years old;

  • are legally able to enter into an agreement with Cuddle;

  • are located in a supported area while using the Service;

  • are using Cuddle for personal, respectful, non-commercial connection;

  • provide accurate account information; and

  • are not prohibited from using Cuddle under applicable law, court orders, payment rules, platform rules, or other obligations that apply to you.

Cuddle may limit, suspend, or refuse access where needed for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, operational, or compliance reasons.

Adults only

Cuddle is for adults only.

Minors may not create accounts, request access, use the Service, appear in content, communicate with users, purchase or use paid access, submit reports, or otherwise interact with Cuddle.

Do not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, or misrepresent a minor as an adult.

Supported availability

Cuddle currently offers and markets the Service only in the fifty states and the District of Columbia, unless Cuddle expressly states otherwise.

Access from outside the supported area is not authorized, except for lawful support, privacy, billing, refund, statutory-cancellation, security, or legal communications about an existing account or purchase.

Features, notices, pricing, payment methods, purchase terms, state-law rights, and support methods may vary by state where permitted or required by law.

Account information and review

Cuddle may ask for account information, profile information, a profile photo, payment-related information, or other information needed to support account quality, safety, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, legal compliance, or Service integrity.

Cuddle may review profiles and accounts where needed. A profile, photo, review, badge, account indicator, safety tool, or support response does not guarantee another user’s identity, situation, intentions, safety, or future conduct.

If your eligibility changes

If you no longer meet Cuddle’s eligibility requirements, you should stop using the Service.

Cuddle may restrict or remove access if your account, location, age, payment status, safety status, legal status, or account activity indicates that you may not be eligible to use the Service.
