What web-based access means
Web-based access means you can open Cuddle in a supported browser and use available Service features through the website.
Depending on your eligibility, account status, access level, device, browser, location, and feature availability, you may be able to:
create or manage your account;
view or edit your profile;
browse profiles;
review Incoming Likes;
send Likes Back and form Matches;
message matched members;
use photo sharing controls where supported;
manage settings and preferences;
use reporting, blocking, unmatching, and safety tools;
use available Free Access functionality; and
purchase optional Premium access, if eligible and available.
Some features may be limited, unavailable, tested, changed, suspended, or restricted for technical, safety, moderation, anti-spam, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, operational, account-status, or legal reasons.
Do I need to download an app?
No mobile app is required to use Cuddle.
Cuddle is currently available through web-based access in a supported browser.
If Cuddle later offers a mobile app or another access method, Cuddle may provide separate instructions, terms, notices, or product disclosures for that access method.
Tips for using Cuddle in your browser
For the best experience:
use a modern browser;
keep your browser updated;
use a stable internet connection;
allow required browser permissions where needed;
avoid using outdated browser versions; and
sign out when using a shared or public device.
Some browser settings, privacy tools, content blockers, extensions, VPNs, device settings, or network settings may affect how Cuddle loads or works.
You must not use a VPN, proxy, false location, altered device setting, or another method to misrepresent your location or eligibility.
If Cuddle is not working as expected
If pages do not load, messages do not appear, checkout does not complete, or a feature does not work as expected, you can try:
refreshing the page;
checking your internet connection;
updating your browser;
clearing your browser cache or cookies;
trying another supported browser;
disabling extensions that may block site functionality; or
signing out and signing back in.
Deleting cookies or changing browser settings may affect login sessions, saved preferences, cookie choices, checkout, security tools, or other functionality.
A feature may also be unavailable because of your eligibility, account status, access level, safety controls, moderation, anti-spam limits, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, technical limitations, or applicable law.
Safety and account reminders
Use Cuddle only through official Cuddle pages and links.
Do not enter your password, payment information, authentication codes, verification codes, or other sensitive information into a link sent by another user or displayed on an unofficial page.
Do not send payment information, passwords, authentication codes, identity-document images, government identification, or other highly sensitive information through Cuddle messages or ordinary email.
If something looks suspicious, stop and contact the appropriate Cuddle support channel.
