Cuddle may provide profiles, Matches, messaging, photo-sharing controls, reporting tools, and other communication functionality where supported.
These features are designed to support respectful connection between eligible adults, but they have important privacy, safety, technical, and operational limits.
Think carefully before posting, uploading, sending, or sharing information through Cuddle.
What can be shared through Cuddle?
Depending on available functionality, account status, settings, device, browser, and applicable restrictions, Cuddle may allow you to submit, display, send, or otherwise make available:
profile information;
profile photos;
profile prompts or biography information;
interests and preferences;
messages between matched members;
links or attachments where supported;
photos through photo-sharing controls where supported;
reports, screenshots, or supporting information;
support communications; and
other information made available through the Service.
Only submit or share information and content that:
is accurate and not materially misleading;
belongs to you or is used with all necessary rights and permissions;
does not violate another person’s privacy or rights;
does not depict or identify a minor;
is lawful and respectful;
is non-commercial;
is not pornographic or sexually explicit;
does not request or facilitate a payment or prohibited service; and
complies with Cuddle’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
Does messaging require Premium?
No.
Messaging with matched members is included in eligible Free Access.
Premium is not required solely to:
review an Incoming Like;
view the profile of the member who sent it;
send a Like Back;
form a Match; or
message a matched member.
Premium currently provides First-Like functionality. While Premium is active, an eligible member may send up to ten (10) First Likes per day, subject to applicable limits and restrictions.
Premium does not provide a separate category of paid messaging and does not require another member to reply, continue communicating, share content, or take another action.
What does “no plan-based message-count limit” mean?
Matched-Member Messaging is available without a plan-based message-count limit.
This means Cuddle does not assign a different number of matched-member messages solely because an account has Free Access or Premium.
It does not mean that messaging is unlimited or unrestricted in every circumstance.
Messages and other communications may still be subject to:
an active and available Match;
account eligibility;
account status;
blocks and unmatches;
safety controls;
moderation;
anti-spam controls;
anti-abuse controls;
rate limits;
link or attachment restrictions;
suspicious-activity controls;
fraud-prevention controls;
payment-risk controls;
technical capacity;
Service maintenance;
product configuration;
applicable law; and
Cuddle’s Terms and policies.
Cuddle may delay, filter, restrict, remove, preserve, or make messages or sharing functionality unavailable where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable terms and law.
You may not use bots, scripts, unauthorized automation, account farms, duplicate accounts, copied messages, or mass-distributed messages to contact members or evade applicable limits.
Other members may save or share information
Information you make available through Cuddle may be viewed or received by other members depending on:
the feature used;
your settings and actions;
the recipient;
your account status;
the recipient’s account status;
blocks or unmatches;
available photo-sharing controls;
safety or moderation actions; and
technical availability.
A recipient may be able to:
copy;
save;
screenshot;
photograph;
record;
download;
forward;
publish;
describe;
disclose;
alter; or
misuse
information or content that they view or receive.
Cuddle may prohibit or restrict misuse, but Cuddle cannot control every:
recipient;
device;
browser;
screenshot;
photograph;
screen recording;
download;
backup;
external platform;
off-Service communication; or
disclosure outside Cuddle.
Do not assume that a message, profile detail, photo, or other content will remain confidential merely because it was shared with one member or through a restricted Service feature.
Before sharing something, consider whether you would be comfortable with the recipient retaining or disclosing it after your Cuddle interaction ends.
Messages are not end-to-end encrypted
Cuddle’s in-Service messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
Cuddle and authorized service providers may process message content, attachments, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, delivery information, links, and related metadata where reasonably necessary to:
route, deliver, store, and display messages;
operate and maintain the Service;
troubleshoot technical issues;
secure accounts and communications;
apply anti-spam and anti-abuse controls;
detect scams or fraud;
investigate reports;
moderate content;
provide support;
enforce Cuddle’s Terms and policies;
comply with applicable law; and
protect members and the Service.
This does not mean that every message is manually reviewed.
Cuddle may use human, automated, and machine-assisted processes where reasonably necessary and permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Do not treat Cuddle messaging as a guaranteed confidential or secure channel for highly sensitive information.
Information you should not send
Do not send, upload, or submit the following through ordinary Cuddle messages, profile fields, photo-sharing controls, general reports, ordinary support communications, invite-request forms, or ordinary email:
passwords;
login links;
authentication or verification codes;
account-recovery codes;
complete payment-card information;
card security codes;
bank-account credentials;
payment-application credentials;
private keys;
wallet credentials;
identity-document images;
government identification;
Photo or Selfie Review materials;
medical records;
information about minors;
intimate images or videos;
precise real-time location;
home or work addresses;
detailed travel plans;
another person’s private information; or
other highly sensitive information.
Be cautious about sharing:
your legal name;
phone number;
email address;
social-media account;
employer;
workplace;
home address;
hotel or travel information;
financial circumstances;
family information;
regular routine; or
other information that could allow someone to identify, locate, pressure, monitor, or harm you.
Where Cuddle requests review materials, submit them only through the authenticated review flow expressly made available through the Service.
Cuddle will not request your password or authentication code through an ordinary member message.
Sensitive account-review materials
Cuddle does not routinely require an Identity-Document Review, Government-ID Review, or Photo or Selfie Review from every member during ordinary registration.
In limited, risk-based circumstances, Cuddle may request additional review for matters such as:
suspected impersonation;
scams or fraud;
account ownership;
account recovery;
unauthorized access;
false age or eligibility information;
prohibited commercial activity;
payment risk;
safety concerns;
moderation;
enforcement; or
Service integrity.
Where Cuddle requests review materials:
follow the specific instructions provided;
use only the authenticated review flow made available by Cuddle;
submit only the information reasonably requested; and
do not send the materials to another member.
Do not submit identity documents, government identification, or Photo or Selfie Review materials through:
member messages;
profile fields;
photo-sharing controls;
ordinary email;
general support forms;
reports;
appeals;
invite-request forms;
unofficial links; or
postal mail.
If another member or external page claims that you must submit identity information or pay a verification fee to continue communicating, do not proceed.
Photo-sharing controls have limits
Where supported, Cuddle may provide photo-sharing or gallery controls that allow you to choose which eligible members may view certain photos.
These controls govern ordinary visibility within the Service.
They do not guarantee that a photo will remain:
confidential;
temporary;
anonymous;
available only to the intended person;
protected from screenshots;
protected from recording;
protected from copying; or
unavailable outside Cuddle.
A recipient may still be able to:
take a screenshot;
photograph the screen with another device;
record the screen;
save or download the photo;
forward the photo;
publish the photo;
show the photo to another person;
upload it to another platform;
alter or manipulate it; or
otherwise misuse it.
Cuddle may prohibit that conduct, but it cannot prevent every recipient or device from creating or retaining a copy.
Premium does not purchase or guarantee access to another member’s photos.
Another member may:
decline to share a photo;
remove your viewing permission;
stop sharing;
unmatch;
block you; or
end communication at any time.
Do not pressure another member to provide or continue providing photo access.
Removing access does not erase existing copies
Where supported, removing a photo or revoking another member’s viewing permission may restrict future ordinary in-Service access.
It does not guarantee deletion of a copy that another person has already:
viewed;
copied;
saved;
downloaded;
screenshotted;
photographed;
recorded;
forwarded;
published;
disclosed; or
stored outside Cuddle.
Removing content may also not remove information from:
another member’s device;
another member’s external account;
screenshots or recordings;
reports or submitted evidence;
support records;
safety or moderation records;
security or fraud-prevention records;
payment-risk records;
legal or compliance records;
logs;
caches;
archives; or
backups that Cuddle is permitted or required to retain.
Do not share content on the assumption that it can always be retrieved or permanently erased later.
Blocking, unmatching, and account deletion have limits
Blocking or unmatching may restrict or end future in-Service communication between the affected accounts.
Depending on the available functionality, it may also restrict future access to certain shared content.
However, blocking or unmatching does not guarantee deletion of information or content already received or copied by another person.
Deleting or closing your account may remove or deactivate your profile and certain content from ordinary Service views.
Account deletion does not guarantee deletion of:
messages already received by another member;
photos already viewed or copied;
screenshots;
recordings;
downloads;
forwarded copies;
off-Service disclosures;
reports or supporting evidence;
safety, moderation, support, fraud-prevention, or legal records; or
information Cuddle is permitted or required to retain.
Do not create another account, use another person’s account, or move to another communication channel to bypass a block, unmatch, removed permission, account restriction, or clearly stated boundary.
Respect communication boundaries
A Match, Like, message, profile view, shared photo, prior reply, or previous conversation does not mean another member owes you:
a reply;
an explanation;
immediate attention;
continued communication;
personal information;
contact information;
photos;
access to photos;
intimate content;
off-Service communication;
a phone or video call;
a meeting;
companionship;
intimacy;
a payment; or
a relationship.
Another member may:
reply later;
stop responding;
change their mind;
decline a request;
remove photo access;
unmatch;
block;
report a concern; or
end contact at any time.
Respect:
silence;
delayed responses;
declined requests;
changed boundaries;
removed permissions;
unmatching; and
blocking.
You may not:
pressure, shame, threaten, deceive, or manipulate another member into responding;
repeatedly contact someone after receiving no response;
repeatedly make substantially similar requests after a refusal;
pressure someone to share contact information or photos;
pressure someone to move off Cuddle;
retaliate because someone stopped communicating;
use Premium, First Likes, reports, blocking, or another feature as leverage;
contact someone through another account after being blocked or unmatched; or
use another person or external service to bypass a boundary.
Consent to one interaction does not create consent to another interaction.
Sexual and intimate content limits
Cuddle is an adults-only dating and social connection service.
Lawful, consensual, non-commercial conversation between eligible adults is not prohibited solely because it concerns:
dating;
attraction;
romance;
relationships; or
intimacy.
However, all communication must remain lawful, respectful, non-commercial, and within each person’s boundaries.
You may not:
send unwanted sexual messages, comments, questions, propositions, or requests;
continue sexual discussion after another member declines or stops responding;
pressure another member to share intimate content;
request, upload, send, exchange, or link to pornographic or sexually explicit images or videos;
share non-consensual intimate content;
create or distribute manipulated intimate media;
threaten to expose or publish intimate content;
use intimate content for humiliation, coercion, retaliation, blackmail, extortion, or sextortion;
sell or purchase intimate content;
offer or request paid sexual messaging;
direct members to an adult-content account or service; or
condition communication, content, meetings, or intimacy on money or anything else of value.
Pornographic or sexually explicit images and videos are prohibited even when:
everyone involved is an adult;
the content is shared privately;
the recipient initially consents;
a restricted photo-sharing control is used; or
no payment is involved.
Minor safety
Cuddle is for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Minors may not:
create or use an account;
appear in member profiles or photos;
communicate with members;
purchase or use Premium; or
otherwise participate in the Service.
Do not upload, send, request, display, distribute, or link to content that depicts, identifies, sexualizes, exploits, abuses, endangers, or otherwise involves a minor unlawfully or inappropriately.
Do not:
create an account for a minor;
allow a minor to use your account;
misrepresent a minor as an adult;
help a minor evade Cuddle’s age requirements;
use Cuddle to identify, contact, solicit, groom, threaten, blackmail, expose, traffic, or endanger a minor; or
request information or content involving a minor.
If you believe that a minor is using Cuddle or may be at risk, stop communicating and report the concern promptly.
Do not put yourself or another person at risk to collect additional evidence.
No payments or commercial sharing
Do not use messages, profiles, photos, links, attachments, usernames, QR codes, or other content to request, offer, arrange, advertise, promote, disguise, or facilitate:
money;
tips;
donations;
gifts;
reimbursements;
deposits;
fees;
loans;
investments;
financial support;
gift cards;
prepaid cards;
cryptocurrency;
digital assets;
wallet transfers;
bank transfers;
payment-application transfers;
payment credentials;
paid access to another member;
paid photos or content;
paid messages;
paid meetings or dates;
compensated dating;
sugar arrangements;
escort or sexual services;
paid companionship;
adult-content monetization;
fundraising;
commercial solicitation;
recruitment;
external checkout;
marketplace activity; or
another prohibited service or transfer of value.
Do not share or request:
payment handles;
payment-application usernames;
wallet addresses;
bank-transfer instructions;
invoices;
external checkout links;
payment links;
QR codes;
gift-card codes;
fundraiser links;
wishlists;
creator pages;
seller listings;
booking links;
rates; or
coded references intended to conceal a payment arrangement.
Moving a conversation or transaction to another platform does not make prohibited conduct acceptable.
Cuddle purchases are payments to Cuddle only
A legitimate Premium purchase is completed through Cuddle’s authorized checkout.
Payment is made to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality.
It is not payment to or for another member.
Premium does not purchase:
another member’s attention;
another member’s profile;
a Match;
a message;
a reply;
a conversation;
content;
photo access;
a meeting;
a date;
companionship;
intimacy;
a relationship; or
another member’s conduct.
Cuddle does not require you to pay another member for:
an invite;
account activation;
identity or safety verification;
a Match;
continued communication;
photo access;
a meeting;
support; or
Premium.
If another person or external page claims that a payment, deposit, gift, verification fee, safety fee, travel fee, or other transfer is required, do not proceed.
Use Cuddle’s reporting and blocking tools.
Be careful with links, files, and QR codes
Do not open a link, file, download, or QR code merely because it was sent by a matched member.
Be cautious if a message:
asks you to sign in through a link;
asks for your password or authentication code;
requests payment information;
asks you to connect a financial or digital-asset account;
asks you to download software or a browser extension;
directs you to an unfamiliar website;
claims that your Cuddle account will be closed unless you act immediately;
claims to offer external Cuddle verification;
asks you to purchase gift cards;
creates urgency involving a medical, family, legal, military, travel, immigration, or financial emergency;
promises a prize, refund, investment return, inheritance, or repayment; or
asks you to allow remote access to your device.
A link or page may be used for:
phishing;
credential theft;
malware;
unauthorized tracking;
financial fraud;
account takeover;
deceptive payment requests; or
impersonation of Cuddle.
Do not enter your Cuddle password, authentication code, payment information, identity information, or other sensitive information into a link sent by another member.
Report suspicious links, files, payment requests, and account-verification claims.
Moving communication off Cuddle
You are not required to provide another member with:
your phone number;
email address;
social-media account;
workplace;
home address;
precise location;
travel information;
financial information;
identity information; or
another private detail.
You are not required to move a conversation to:
text messaging;
email;
social media;
another messaging service;
a video-chat service;
a payment application; or
an in-person meeting.
Moving off Cuddle may reduce Cuddle’s ability to:
review the interaction;
preserve relevant information;
investigate a report;
enforce a restriction;
recover information;
identify suspicious conduct; or
provide support.
Cuddle’s rules may continue to apply to conduct reasonably connected to:
Cuddle;
another Cuddle member;
information obtained through Cuddle;
a Cuddle Match or conversation; or
an attempt to evade a Cuddle rule or restriction.
Do not misuse or redistribute another member’s content
Permission to view or receive content does not automatically authorize you to:
publish it;
send it to another person;
post it on social media;
use it to impersonate someone;
use it to locate or monitor someone;
contact the person’s family or employer;
use it to shame or expose someone;
use it for advertising;
use it for commercial profiling;
alter it deceptively;
use it for blackmail or extortion; or
otherwise use it outside the intended interaction.
You may not copy, save, screenshot, record, disclose, publish, sell, distribute, or threaten to disclose another member’s information in a way that violates:
applicable law;
the person’s consent;
privacy;
safety;
intellectual-property rights;
Cuddle’s Terms; or
Cuddle’s Community Guidelines.
Preserving limited information in good faith for a safety report, support request, rights complaint, lawful claim, or legal obligation is not prohibited solely because a screenshot or copy was created.
When preserving or submitting information, collect and disclose only what is reasonably necessary and use an appropriate official channel.
Why messaging or sharing may be limited
A message, profile, photo, attachment, link, or sharing feature may be delayed, filtered, rejected, removed, restricted, preserved, or become unavailable because of:
no active Match;
blocking or unmatching;
account deletion;
account ineligibility;
account review;
account restriction, suspension, or termination;
safety concerns;
moderation;
spam or abuse controls;
rate limits;
suspicious links or files;
fraud-prevention controls;
payment-risk controls;
technical capacity;
browser or device compatibility;
network conditions;
maintenance;
product changes;
legal requirements; or
another applicable Service limitation.
Some restrictions may apply:
automatically;
manually;
temporarily;
permanently;
to one feature;
to several features; or
to the entire account.
Active Premium does not override a safety, moderation, account, technical, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, or legal restriction.
How Cuddle may review content
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by the Terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable law, Cuddle may review or process:
profiles;
profile photos;
shared photos;
messages;
links;
attachments;
account activity;
blocks and unmatches;
reports;
screenshots;
support communications;
related account information;
device or session information;
fraud-prevention or payment-risk signals; and
other relevant records.
Cuddle may use human, automated, and machine-assisted processes to help:
deliver and operate Service functionality;
identify spam or automation;
detect scams or fraud;
investigate impersonation;
identify prohibited payments or commercial activity;
address minor-safety concerns;
identify prohibited content;
investigate harassment, threats, or exploitation;
respond to reports;
protect account security;
enforce Cuddle’s Terms and policies; and
comply with applicable law.
Cuddle does not guarantee that every message, photo, link, account, or violation will be reviewed, detected, correctly classified, preserved, removed, or resolved.
Possible actions
Depending on the circumstances, Cuddle may:
take no further action;
request clarification;
request additional information;
delay or reject content;
remove or restrict content;
restrict links or attachments;
limit profile visibility or discovery;
limit Likes, Matches, messaging, or photo sharing;
require an account review;
restrict checkout, Premium, or a payment method;
issue a warning;
temporarily suspend an account;
permanently terminate an account;
block re-registration;
preserve relevant records;
notify an affected person where appropriate; or
cooperate with lawful authorities.
Cuddle may be unable to disclose internal reports, confidential evidence, risk signals, security methods, moderation records, or investigative details.
A report does not guarantee any particular action or outcome.
Records and retention
Content removed from ordinary Service views may remain in limited records where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
This may include records associated with:
message delivery;
account security;
safety reports;
moderation;
fraud prevention;
payment-risk management;
support;
enforcement;
account restrictions;
legal claims;
lawful requests;
legal holds;
audits;
backups;
logs; or
Service recovery.
Cuddle does not necessarily retain every category for the same period.
Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was processed, applicable law, open disputes or investigations, safety and security needs, and reasonable technical requirements.
Removing content or deleting an account does not guarantee immediate deletion from every active system, backup, archive, service-provider system, or recipient device.
For more information, review Cuddle’s Privacy Policy.
If messaging or sharing is not working
If a message, photo, or sharing feature is not working as expected, you can try:
Confirm that the relevant Match or connection remains available.
Confirm that neither account has blocked or unmatched the other.
Review any account, safety, moderation, or technical notice.
Refresh the page.
Check your internet connection.
Update your browser.
Sign out and sign back in.
Try another supported browser.
Check whether the content complies with Cuddle’s policies.
Contact Cuddle Support if the issue continues.
You do not need Premium solely to message an existing matched member.
Do not create another account, use another person’s account, or use an unofficial tool to bypass a message, sharing, block, account, review, or safety restriction.
Reporting a concern
Use Cuddle’s available reporting tools if a message, photo, profile, link, or other content appears to involve:
harassment;
repeated unwanted contact;
threats or violence;
hate or unlawful discrimination;
stalking or monitoring;
impersonation;
scams or fraud;
payment requests;
gift cards or cryptocurrency;
prohibited services;
sexual pressure;
sexually explicit content;
non-consensual intimate content;
blackmail, extortion, or sextortion;
minor-safety concerns;
exploitation or trafficking;
disclosure of private information;
phishing or malicious links;
account takeover;
copyright or other rights violations; or
another violation of Cuddle’s policies.
You do not need Premium to:
report a concern;
block another member; or
unmatch where those tools are available.
When submitting a report, provide information that is:
truthful;
relevant;
reasonably specific; and
limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Helpful information may include:
the profile or account involved;
the approximate date and time;
a description of what occurred;
the relevant message, photo, or link;
screenshots or records where lawful and safe; and
whether there is an immediate safety concern.
Do not continue communicating, follow a suspicious link, make a payment, send more content, meet someone, or put yourself or another person at risk merely to collect evidence.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card information, bank credentials, identity-document images, government identification, Photo or Selfie Review materials, medical records, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information through an ordinary report or email.
Messaging and sharing are not safety guarantees
A message, profile, photo, Like, Match, account review, badge, account indicator, Premium purchase, report outcome, safety tool, or support response does not guarantee another member’s:
identity;
age;
location;
relationship or marital status;
account ownership;
ownership of a photo;
intentions;
background;
criminal history;
sex-offender status;
truthfulness;
compatibility;
financial circumstances;
safety; or
future conduct.
Cuddle does not conduct criminal background checks or sex-offender-registry checks on every member.
Use your own judgment, protect sensitive information, communicate at a pace that feels appropriate, respect boundaries, and use available reporting, blocking, unmatching, and safety tools.
Emergency situations
Cuddle’s messaging, reporting, support, safety, privacy, billing, and security channels are not emergency-response services and may not be monitored in real time.
If you or another person is in immediate danger or needs urgent assistance, contact local emergency services.
Do not delay emergency assistance while waiting for Cuddle to review a message, report, account, or other content.
