A Like, Match, or conversation may disappear if either member blocks or unmatches the other, deletes their account, becomes ineligible, or has their account restricted or removed. Safety reviews or technical issues may also make content unavailable.
This doesn’t necessarily mean the other person blocked you. The disappearance alone doesn’t tell you why it happened.
If you suspect a technical issue, try reloading Cuddle and checking your connection. If the problem continues, contact [email protected] and describe what disappeared and approximately when. We can review the issue, but can’t guarantee that a Like, Match, or conversation can be restored.
Premium ending does not, by itself, remove existing Matches or conversations or prevent eligible free messaging.
If someone has blocked or unmatched you, respect their decision. Don’t use another account or outside contact methods to get around that boundary.
