How long does Premium last?
Cuddle currently offers Premium as 30-day access.
Premium costs US$89, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
The full amount is charged once when you authorize the purchase.
Premium is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
When does Premium start?
Premium generally begins after:
your payment is successfully authorized; and
Premium is activated on your eligible Cuddle account.
Your activation and expiration details may be shown at checkout, in your receipt, or in your account.
If payment or account review is still pending, activation may be delayed.
What is included during the access period?
While Premium is active, an eligible member may send up to ten (10) First Likes per day.
A First Like is a Like you initiate toward a member who has not already sent you an Incoming Like.
Premium also includes all eligible Free Access functionality.
Free Access includes:
reviewing Incoming Likes;
sending Likes Back;
forming Matches; and
messaging matched members.
When does the daily First-Like limit reset?
The applicable reset schedule is shown before purchase or through the Service.
A daily reset does not extend your 30-day Premium period.
Unless otherwise stated, unused First Likes do not carry over after a daily reset or after Premium expires.
What happens when Premium expires?
Premium expires automatically at the end of the disclosed 30-day period.
After expiration:
First-Like access ends;
unused First Likes expire;
no automatic charge occurs; and
your account may continue with eligible Free Access.
Premium expiration does not, by itself, remove existing Matches or conversations.
Can I purchase Premium again?
Yes, subject to account eligibility and availability.
A new Premium period requires:
a new checkout;
review of the then-current price and terms; and
separate payment authorization.
A previous purchase does not authorize Cuddle to charge you again.
Do I need to cancel Premium?
No cancellation is required to prevent another charge because Premium does not automatically renew.
