Cuddle provides profiles, Likes, matching, messaging, photo-sharing controls, safety tools, Free Access, and optional Premium functionality.
These features can help members connect, but they do not guarantee any particular result.
What Cuddle does not guarantee
Cuddle does not guarantee:
profile views or visibility;
Incoming Likes or Likes Back;
First-Like delivery or viewing;
Matches;
messages or replies;
continued conversations;
meetings, dates, or relationships;
compatibility;
another member’s identity, intentions, or truthfulness;
another member’s availability or safety; or
any particular outcome.
Other members independently decide whether to view your profile, Like you, form a Match, send a message, reply, continue communicating, unmatch, block, or stop using Cuddle.
Premium does not guarantee results
Premium currently allows an eligible member to send up to ten (10) First Likes per day, subject to applicable limits and restrictions.
Purchasing Premium does not guarantee:
more profile views;
delivery or viewing of every First Like;
Incoming Likes or Likes Back;
Matches;
messages or replies;
better compatibility; or
another particular result.
Premium is payment to Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality. It is not payment to or for another member.
Another member is never required to respond or take action because you purchased Premium or sent a First Like.
A Match does not create an obligation
A Match does not mean that another member owes you:
a message or reply;
an explanation;
continued communication;
personal information or photos;
off-Service communication;
a meeting; or
a relationship.
Members may change their minds or boundaries at any time.
Respect silence, delayed replies, declined requests, unmatching, and blocking.
Safety tools and reviews have limits
Cuddle may provide reporting, blocking, moderation, account review, fraud-prevention, and other safety-related tools.
However, a profile, photo, Match, message, account review, badge, account indicator, Premium purchase, or support response does not guarantee another member’s identity, background, intentions, truthfulness, safety, or future conduct.
Cuddle does not conduct criminal background checks or sex-offender-registry checks on every member.
Use your own judgment, protect sensitive information, and use available reporting, blocking, and unmatching tools when needed.
Are refunds based on outcomes?
Refunds are generally not provided solely because you did not receive:
a Like;
a Match;
a message or reply;
a meeting;
a date;
a relationship; or
another expected outcome.
This does not limit any refund, statutory cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, or other right provided by applicable law or Cuddle’s purchase terms.
