You can cancel Premium at any time through your Cuddle account.
1. Sign in and open the subscription-management option.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel Premium.
3. Keep the cancellation confirmation provided through your account, email, or another available method.
To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before that charge is processed. Once cancellation is processed, future renewals stop. You can generally use Premium until your current paid period ends, subject to account eligibility and applicable restrictions.
Canceling Premium doesn’t delete your account. Existing Matches, conversations, and eligible free messaging remain available unless affected by separate account, safety, or technical restrictions.
Cancellation doesn’t automatically refund a past charge. Additional rights may apply under our State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices.
If you can’t access the cancellation option, need help, or still see an upcoming renewal after canceling, contact [email protected]. Include enough information to identify your account and subscription. Don’t send full card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, ID documents, or review photos.
