Do I have additional cancellation or refund rights in my state?

Learn where to check state-specific rights, deadlines, and the correct way to submit a request.

You may have additional rights depending on your state and the circumstances of your purchase.

These can include a short cancellation period after purchase, refunds, membership holds, or protections related to disability, death, relocation, or military service. Not every right applies to every member or transaction.

Read our State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices and any cancellation notice supplied with your contract or purchase. Check the deadline, required method, and information to include. If the notice requires mail, a signed form, or another method, follow that requirement.

Contact [email protected] for help or to submit a request where email is permitted. Clearly say that you’re seeking cancellation or another remedy under state law. Include your name, account contact details, state of residence, purchase date, and receipt or subscription reference if available. Keep a copy of your request and any confirmation.

Don’t send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, ID documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Ordinary Premium cancellation stops future renewals once processed. It does not automatically exercise a cancellation or refund right under state law. Mandatory legal protections take priority over our general refund policy.
