You can request account deletion through the available account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Follow the instructions provided to complete your request.
When deletion is completed, access to your account ends and future Premium renewals associated with it are canceled. Premium access may end before your current paid period finishes. Deletion doesn’t automatically refund previous charges.
If you only want to stop renewals, cancel Premium without deleting your account. This generally lets you keep Premium through the paid period and continue using eligible Free Access afterward. If a renewal is approaching, cancel Premium separately while your deletion request is pending.
Account deletion doesn’t immediately erase every record or remove copies held by other members. Messages, photos, or screenshots someone already received may remain with them. We may retain limited information for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, payments, or disputes. Some information may also remain temporarily in backups, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Deleted or unavailable Matches and conversations may not be recoverable. For questions about personal information or privacy rights, contact [email protected]. Don’t email passwords, verification codes, ID documents, or review photos.
