To report someone, use Cuddle’s reporting tools or email [email protected]. Identify the member or content, explain what happened, and include relevant dates.
To limit unwanted contact, use the blocking or unmatching options available in Cuddle. Unmatching ends a Match. You can also report conduct you want Cuddle to review.
These tools don’t erase copies of messages or photos someone already has, or guarantee protection from contact outside Cuddle.
Share only necessary information. Don’t put yourself at risk to collect evidence. Don’t email intimate images, IDs, passwords, or payment details. Never download, copy, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.
We don’t ordinarily identify reporters solely because they submitted a report, but anonymity isn’t guaranteed.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Cuddle’s reporting channels may not be monitored in real time.
