Cuddle is designed to support calmer, more respectful connections between eligible adults.
Safety also depends on your judgment, boundaries, and use of available tools. No profile, Like, Match, message, photo, account review, Premium purchase, or safety tool can guarantee another member’s identity, intentions, truthfulness, safety, or future conduct.
Move at your own pace
Take time before:
trusting another member;
sharing personal information or photos;
moving a conversation outside Cuddle;
making plans to meet; or
relying on information another member provides.
You do not owe anyone a faster response, additional information, photos, off-Service communication, or a meeting.
It is okay to pause, decline, unmatch, block, report, or stop communicating whenever something feels uncomfortable.
Respect boundaries
A Like, Match, message, prior reply, shared photo, or Premium purchase does not mean another member owes you:
a reply or explanation;
continued communication;
personal or contact information;
photos;
off-Service communication;
a meeting; or
a relationship.
Respect silence, delayed replies, declined requests, changed boundaries, unmatching, and blocking.
Do not repeatedly contact, pressure, threaten, shame, manipulate, or try to bypass another member’s boundary.
Protect your personal information
Be cautious about sharing:
your full legal name;
phone number or email address;
home or workplace address;
precise location;
travel plans;
financial information;
identity information; or
other details that could be used to identify, locate, pressure, or harm you.
Never send another member:
passwords;
authentication or verification codes;
payment-card or bank information;
identity-document images;
government identification;
private keys or wallet credentials; or
other highly sensitive information.
Cuddle messages and photo-sharing features should not be treated as guaranteed secure channels for highly sensitive information.
Be careful with photos
Where supported, photo-sharing controls may allow you to choose who can view certain photos.
These controls have limits. Another member may still copy, save, screenshot, photograph, record, forward, publish, or disclose content outside Cuddle.
Before sharing a photo, consider whether you would be comfortable with the recipient retaining or disclosing it after your interaction ends.
Pornographic or sexually explicit photos and videos are prohibited, including when shared privately.
Watch for suspicious behavior
Be cautious if someone:
moves unusually quickly;
provides inconsistent information;
refuses reasonable boundaries;
pressures you to leave Cuddle;
asks for secrecy;
sends suspicious links;
asks for login or authentication information;
creates a false emergency;
asks for money, gifts, or anything else of value; or
directs you to an external payment link, wallet, QR code, gift card, or checkout page.
If something feels wrong, slow down, stop responding, block the member, and report the concern.
Do not send money or value
Do not send another member:
money;
gift cards;
cryptocurrency;
deposits or fees;
payment credentials;
wallet transfers; or
anything else of value.
A legitimate Premium purchase is made only through Cuddle’s authorized checkout and is a payment to Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality.
It is not a payment to or for another member.
Payments made through an external payment application, bank transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency service, wallet, QR code, or another outside channel are not Cuddle purchases.
Use reporting and blocking tools
Use available reporting or blocking tools if you encounter:
harassment or threats;
repeated unwanted contact;
impersonation;
scams or fraud;
suspicious links;
payment requests;
photo misuse;
sexual pressure;
possible minor use;
blackmail or extortion; or
another safety concern.
You do not need Premium to report or block another member.
Do not continue communicating or put yourself at risk merely to collect additional evidence.
Understand the limits of safety tools
Cuddle may use reporting, blocking, unmatching, moderation, account review, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, and account-security tools.
These tools can help reduce risk, but they cannot eliminate every danger or detect every violation.
Cuddle does not conduct criminal background checks or sex-offender-registry checks on every member.
A profile, Match, account review, badge, account indicator, Premium purchase, moderation action, or support response is not a safety clearance or guarantee.
Continue to use your own judgment.
If you feel unsafe
If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe:
stop replying;
do not share additional information;
block or unmatch the member;
report the concern;
preserve relevant information where lawful and safe; and
contact appropriate support or authorities.
Cuddle’s reporting and support channels are not emergency-response services and may not be monitored in real time.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
