Reporting a concern

Learn when and how to report unsafe, suspicious, misleading, or prohibited activity on Cuddle.

Cuddle provides reporting tools to help members raise concerns involving profiles, messages, photos, accounts, payments, safety, or other activity connected to the Service.

You do not need Premium to report a concern.

When should I report something?

Report activity that appears to involve:

  • harassment, threats, coercion, or repeated unwanted contact;

  • attempts to bypass a block, unmatch, or clearly stated boundary;

  • impersonation, fake accounts, or misleading profile information;

  • stolen, unauthorized, or misused photos;

  • scams, fraud, suspicious links, or phishing;

  • requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment credentials, or anything else of value;

  • external payment links, QR codes, wallet addresses, or payment handles;

  • blackmail, extortion, or sextortion;

  • unwanted sexual conduct or prohibited sexual content;

  • suspected use of Cuddle by a minor;

  • exploitation, trafficking, or another serious safety concern;

  • account takeover or unauthorized access; or

  • another possible violation of Cuddle’s Terms or policies.

You do not need to continue communicating or put yourself at risk before making a report.

How do I report a concern?

Where available, use the reporting tool shown near the relevant:

  • profile;

  • message;

  • photo;

  • account; or

  • other Service feature.

What information should I include?

Provide enough information to help Cuddle locate and understand the concern.

Helpful information may include:

  • your account email address;

  • your profile name;

  • the profile or account involved;

  • the approximate date and time;

  • a brief description of what happened;

  • the relevant message, photo, link, or payment request;

  • whether you blocked or unmatched the member; and

  • screenshots or other records, where lawful and safe.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details, bank credentials, identity-document images, government identification, private keys, wallet credentials, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information through ordinary email.

If additional sensitive information is reasonably required, Cuddle may provide separate submission instructions.

What happens after I report?

Cuddle may review information reasonably related to the concern, including relevant:

  • profiles and account activity;

  • messages, photos, or links;

  • reports and support records;

  • safety or moderation information;

  • fraud-prevention or payment-risk information; and

  • device or session information where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances, Cuddle may:

  • provide safety guidance;

  • request more information;

  • remove or restrict content;

  • limit contact or Service functionality;

  • require an account review;

  • warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account;

  • preserve relevant records;

  • take no further action; or

  • take another action permitted by Cuddle’s policies and applicable law.

Cuddle may be unable to disclose confidential information about another member, internal reports, risk signals, investigations, or enforcement actions.

Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate review, removal of content, account action, recovery of money, a refund, or another particular result.

Blocking and stopping contact

If you do not want to continue communicating with another member, you may block or unmatch them where those tools are available.

You do not need to:

  • reply again;

  • warn the other member;

  • explain your decision;

  • make a payment;

  • provide more information; or

  • collect additional evidence before stopping contact.

Blocking may limit future contact through Cuddle, but it may not remove prior messages, screenshots, saved copies, or information outside Cuddle’s control.

Good-faith reports

Reports must be truthful and submitted in good faith.

Do not submit a report that is knowingly false, fabricated, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, or intended to harass another member.

Good-faith reporting is permitted even if Cuddle later determines that no policy violation occurred.

Emergency situations

Cuddle’s reporting, support, and safety channels are not emergency-response services and may not be monitored in real time.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
