If an intimate image or video of you appears on Cuddle without your consent, you or your authorized representative can request removal by emailing [email protected]. This includes real, altered, and AI-generated content. Requests are free. You don’t need a Cuddle account, Premium, copyright ownership, or a police report.
Sharing an image privately doesn’t mean you agreed to its wider distribution.
Include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature, or your representative’s signature.
2. A description of the image or video and enough information to locate it on Cuddle, such as a link, profile identifier, or message details.
3. A statement of your good-faith belief that the content was published without the depicted person’s consent, with relevant supporting details.
4. Contact information for you or your representative.
You don’t need to report every duplicate. Don’t email the intimate content, ID documents, passwords, or payment credentials. Don’t download, copy, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Ask us for instructions if other sensitive evidence is needed.
For a valid request covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will remove the reported content as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours after receipt. Within that period, we will also make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on Cuddle.
If you’re in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Our reporting channels are not emergency services and may not be monitored in real time.
