Why was my account restricted, and how can I appeal?

Understand why account restrictions may happen, how to request a review, and what they mean for Premium.

Cuddle may restrict or suspend accounts to investigate reports, check eligibility, or address safety, fraud, payment, technical, or policy concerns. We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.

To appeal, follow any review instructions in your notice or contact [email protected]. Identify your account, explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed, and provide relevant, accurate details.

Don’t email ID documents, review photos, passwords, or authentication codes. Submit any requested ID or photo review materials only through Cuddle’s authenticated review process.

We may uphold, change, or reverse the decision. An appeal doesn’t guarantee reinstatement. Don’t create another account or use other workarounds to bypass a restriction.

A temporary suspension may limit Premium access but doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription. You can still cancel Premium; contact [email protected] if you need help. Account termination stops future renewals once processed.

Refunds and other remedies follow our Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms and applicable state-specific rights.
