What privacy requests may be available?
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to ask Cuddle to:
confirm whether Cuddle processes personal information about you;
access certain personal information;
receive a copy of certain personal information;
correct inaccurate personal information;
delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions;
receive information about how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or retained;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
exercise an applicable opt-out or limitation right;
appeal an eligible privacy-request decision; or
exercise another privacy right provided by law.
Cuddle will honor non-waivable privacy rights as required by applicable law.
How do I submit a privacy request?

Your request should identify:
the email address associated with your account;
your profile name, if available;
your state of residence, where relevant;
the privacy right or choice you want to exercise;
whether you are acting for yourself or as an authorized agent; and
a brief description of the request.
Cuddle may also provide account settings, cookie tools, web forms, or other methods for particular privacy choices.
Use any more specific submission method identified in the Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, account settings, or applicable notice.
How will Cuddle verify my request?
Cuddle may need to reasonably confirm:
your identity;
account ownership;
state of residence;
authority to act for another person; or
details of the request.
Verification may use information such as your account email, phone number, login status, account identifiers, recent account activity, purchase information, or authorized-agent documentation.
If additional sensitive information is reasonably necessary, Cuddle will provide separate instructions or an authenticated submission process.
Cuddle may deny, limit, or request more information where a request cannot reasonably be verified and applicable law permits.
Do not send sensitive information by ordinary email
Do not send the following through ordinary email, member messages, profile fields, support requests, reports, appeals, or mail:
passwords;
authentication or verification codes;
full payment-card information;
bank-account credentials;
identity-document images;
government identification;
private keys or wallet credentials;
intimate content;
medical records;
information about minors; or
other highly sensitive information.
Send sensitive materials only when Cuddle specifically requests them and provides an authenticated submission process.
Can an authorized agent submit a request?
Where permitted by law, you may authorize another person to submit a privacy request for you.
Cuddle may require reasonable documentation showing:
the agent’s authority;
your identity;
the agent’s identity; or
your direct confirmation of the request.
Cuddle may decline or delay an authorized-agent request where authority cannot reasonably be verified or the request creates a privacy, security, fraud, or safety concern.
What cookie and opt-out choices are available?
Cuddle may provide privacy and cookie choices through:
account or privacy settings;
cookie banners or cookie tools;
browser or device controls;
communication preferences; and
the Cookie / Tracking Policy.
Where required by law, Cuddle will honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including legally recognized browser-based signals, to the extent required and technically feasible.
Cuddle does not sell personal information or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Disabling cookies may affect login, account security, checkout, fraud prevention, saved preferences, or other Service functionality.
Are there limits or exceptions?
Privacy rights may be subject to lawful exceptions, including those related to:
account security;
fraud prevention;
safety and moderation;
payment disputes and chargebacks;
tax, accounting, and recordkeeping;
legal obligations;
another person’s privacy or rights;
enforcement of Cuddle’s policies; and
protection of members and the Service.
Submitting a privacy request does not automatically:
cancel a Premium purchase;
create a refund;
exercise a statutory cancellation right;
reverse a charge;
close your account;
delete information already saved by another member; or
delete records Cuddle is permitted or required to retain.

When will Cuddle respond?
Cuddle will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Where permitted, Cuddle may extend the response period and provide notice of the extension where required.
If Cuddle denies or limits your request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by contacting:
Identify the original request, the decision being appealed, your state of residence where relevant, and why you believe further review is appropriate.
Cuddle will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
