Use the privacy request options available in Cuddle or contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Describe your request and include your contact details, enough information to identify your account or data, and your state where relevant.
We may need to verify your identity or authority. Don’t email ID documents, review photos, passwords, or authentication codes. Submit requested ID or review photos only through Cuddle’s authenticated review process.
Requests are generally free. Available rights and response periods depend on applicable law.
Deletion may not remove copies held by other members or records we may lawfully retain. A privacy deletion request stops future Premium renewals only if it results in completed account deletion. It doesn’t automatically create a refund. To stop renewals promptly, cancel Premium separately.
