What should I include?

Include information reasonably necessary to locate and understand your request, such as:

  • the email address associated with your account;

  • your profile name;

  • the approximate date and time;

  • the feature, purchase, account, or member involved;

  • the receipt or transaction reference, where relevant;

  • your browser and device, for technical issues;

  • a clear description of what happened; and

  • screenshots where lawful, safe, and reasonably necessary.

Keep your message truthful, relevant, and specific.

What should I not send?

Do not send the following through ordinary email:

  • passwords;

  • authentication or verification codes;

  • full payment-card numbers;

  • card security codes;

  • bank-account credentials;

  • private keys or wallet credentials;

  • identity-document images;

  • government identification;

  • photo or selfie review materials;

  • intimate content;

  • medical records;

  • information about minors; or

  • other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

If Cuddle reasonably requires sensitive information, it will provide specific instructions or an authenticated submission process.

What if I use the wrong channel?

Cuddle may reroute your request or ask you to submit it through the correct channel.

Using the wrong channel may delay review and may not satisfy a legal, contractual, cancellation, privacy, appeal, payment-dispute, or arbitration deadline.

For an ordinary question where you are unsure which team applies, contact General Support. For a time-sensitive or legally required submission, use the specific channel identified in the applicable terms or notice.

When will Cuddle respond?

Response times may vary depending on:

  • the type and complexity of the request;

  • whether additional information is required;

  • request volume;

  • account, safety, security, or payment review;

  • third-party payment timelines; and

  • legal or operational requirements.

For a time-sensitive request, keep records showing when, where, and how you submitted it.

Emergency situations

Cuddle’s contact channels are not emergency-response services and may not be monitored in real time.

If you or another person is in immediate danger or needs urgent assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.

Do not wait for Cuddle to respond before seeking emergency help.
