What can I purchase?
Cuddle currently offers one optional paid feature:
Premium: US$89 for 30 days.
Applicable taxes may be added and displayed at checkout.
Premium allows an eligible member to send up to ten (10) First Likes per day and includes all eligible Free Access functionality.
Is Premium a subscription?
No.
Premium is a one-time purchase for 30 days of access.
Cuddle does not currently offer:
subscriptions;
recurring billing;
automatic renewal;
automatic repurchase; or
automatic trial-to-paid conversion.
The full amount displayed at checkout is charged once when you authorize the purchase.
When Premium expires, no additional charge is made. Continued Premium access requires a new checkout and separate payment authorization.
What will I see at checkout?
Before authorizing payment, checkout may display:
Premium and its included functionality;
the 30-day access period;
the full price in U.S. dollars;
applicable taxes;
the CUDDLE billing descriptor;
activation and expiration information;
refund information;
statutory cancellation information, where applicable; and
other material purchase terms.
Review the checkout information before completing your purchase.
When does Premium begin?
Premium generally begins when:
your payment is successfully authorized; and
Premium is activated on your eligible Cuddle account.
Your receipt, purchase confirmation, or account may show the activation and expiration details.
Payment or activation may be delayed or declined because of payment authorization, account status, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk review, technical issues, or legal requirements.
What will appear on my statement?
The billing descriptor displayed by Cuddle at checkout and in Cuddle receipts is intended to be:
CUDDLE
Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or card network may abbreviate, reformat, delay, prefix, or suffix the descriptor.
Keep your receipt and purchase records so you can identify the charge.
How is payment information handled?
Cuddle may use third-party payment processors and other payment participants to process purchases.
Full payment-card details are submitted through processor-hosted or processor-approved payment fields and are not intended to be received or stored on Cuddle-controlled systems.
Do not send full payment-card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, passwords, or authentication codes through ordinary email, Cuddle messages, profile fields, or support requests.
Are payments made to other members?
No.
A Premium purchase is a payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality.
It is not a payment to or for another member and does not create:
user-to-user payments;
wallet balances or stored value;
virtual credits;
cryptocurrency transactions;
marketplace payments;
paid dates or meetings; or
paid access to another member.
Payments made outside Cuddle’s authorized checkout are not Cuddle purchases.
What if a payment fails or access does not appear?
If your payment fails, Premium may not be activated.
If you were charged but Premium does not appear:
Review your receipt or purchase confirmation.
Check whether the transaction is pending, completed, declined, or reversed.
Refresh the page and sign in again.
Contact Cuddle’s Billing team if the issue continues.
Do not submit repeated purchases unless you intend to authorize each separate charge.
Refunds and cancellation rights
Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are governed by Cuddle’s:
Because Premium does not automatically renew, no cancellation is required solely to prevent a future renewal charge.
