Will I receive a receipt?
After a completed Premium purchase, Cuddle may provide a receipt or purchase confirmation through email, your account, or another method shown during checkout.
Keep your receipt so you can identify the purchase and contact Cuddle if you have a billing question.
What information may appear on the receipt?
A Cuddle receipt or purchase confirmation may include:
the seller name, Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle;
the purchased product;
the 30-day Premium access period;
the purchase date;
the amount charged;
applicable taxes;
the transaction or receipt identifier;
activation and expiration information;
the payment method in a masked form; and
the billing descriptor.
Do not send complete payment-card details when asking Cuddle to locate a receipt.
What appears on my payment statement?
The billing descriptor disclosed by Cuddle at checkout and in Cuddle receipts is intended to be:
CUDDLE
Your bank, card issuer, card network, payment processor, or payment-method provider may:
abbreviate the descriptor;
add a prefix or suffix;
use different capitalization;
display a pending descriptor before the final charge posts;
delay the descriptor’s appearance; or
format it differently on your statement.
Because the final display may vary, compare the charge date and amount with your Cuddle receipt.
What if I cannot find my receipt?
First:
Check the email address associated with your Cuddle account.
Review spam, junk, and promotional folders.
Review any purchase information available through your account.
Confirm whether the payment is pending, completed, declined, or reversed.
Contact Cuddle’s Billing team if you still cannot locate the receipt.
When contacting Cuddle, include:
the email address associated with the account;
the approximate purchase date;
the amount and currency;
the descriptor shown on your statement;
the transaction or receipt identifier, if available; and
the last four digits of the payment card, only where reasonably necessary.
Do not send your full card number, card security code, password, authentication code, bank credentials, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
What if I do not recognize a charge?
If a charge appears incorrect, duplicated, unrecognized, or potentially unauthorized, contact Cuddle promptly.
You may also contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider where appropriate.
An unrecognized descriptor does not always mean that the charge is fraudulent, because payment participants may format the intended CUDDLE descriptor differently.
However, do not ignore a charge that you cannot identify.
Are payments to other members shown as Cuddle charges?
No.
Only purchases completed through Cuddle’s authorized checkout are Cuddle purchases.
Money or value sent to another member through a payment application, bank transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency service, wallet, QR code, payment link, or another external channel is not a Cuddle purchase.
