Are Premium purchases refundable?
Except where required by law, stated at checkout, provided in Cuddle’s applicable terms, or approved by Cuddle, completed Premium purchases are final and non-refundable.
Premium provides 30-day, fixed-term digital access through a one-time purchase. It does not automatically renew.
When is a refund generally not provided?
A refund is generally not provided solely because you:
changed your mind;
stopped using Cuddle;
did not use the full Premium period;
did not use all available First Likes;
did not receive a Like, Match, message, reply, meeting, date, or relationship;
were blocked or unmatched by another member;
deleted your account; or
were dissatisfied with another member or a dating or social outcome.
Premium does not guarantee any particular result.
What if Premium was not delivered?
If purchased Premium was not activated or became materially unavailable because of a verified Cuddle-controlled technical error, Cuddle may first try to:
activate or restore Premium;
correct the affected access record;
restore an allowance where appropriate;
extend access; or
provide another reasonable adjustment.
If Cuddle cannot restore the purchased access within a reasonable period, a full or partial refund or another remedy may be provided where required by the applicable terms or law.
How do I request a refund?
For a refund or Premium access-adjustment request, contact:
Include information reasonably available to identify the purchase, such as:
the email address associated with your account;
the transaction or receipt identifier;
the approximate charge date;
the amount charged;
the billing descriptor shown; and
a brief explanation of the request.
Do not send your full payment-card number, card security code, password, authentication code, or bank credentials through ordinary email.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or access adjustment.
How are approved refunds issued?
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where feasible.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, card network, or payment method.
Cuddle does not control how quickly another payment participant posts an approved refund.
Are statutory cancellation rights different?
Yes.
A statutory cancellation or rescission right is separate from an ordinary refund request.
Certain state laws may provide cancellation, refund, death-related, disability-related, relocation-related, or other non-waivable rights.

Does deleting my account create a refund?
No.
Deleting or closing your account does not automatically:
reverse a completed purchase;
create a refund;
extend Premium; or
exercise a statutory cancellation right.
Because Premium does not automatically renew, deleting your account is not required to prevent a future renewal charge.
