Do I need to cancel Premium to stop another charge?
No.
Cuddle currently offers Premium as 30-day, fixed-term access purchased through a one-time checkout.
Premium:
is not a subscription;
does not automatically renew; and
does not create recurring billing.
No cancellation is required solely to prevent another charge.
Continued Premium access requires a new checkout and separate payment authorization.
What is a statutory cancellation right?
Certain laws may provide cancellation, rescission, refund, or other rights for a qualifying purchase or contract.
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, these rights may relate to:
dating-service or social-referral-service contracts;
death;
disability or hospitalization;
relocation;
military service; or
another legally recognized circumstance.
Not every right applies to every member or purchase.
The applicable deadline, required information, delivery method, and available remedy may depend on your state, purchase details, checkout disclosures, and applicable law.
How do I submit a cancellation request?
For a statutory cancellation, rescission, or another cancellation right provided by law, contact:
Clearly state that you want to exercise a cancellation or rescission right.
Include information reasonably available to identify your request, such as:
your full name;
the email address associated with your account;
your state of residence, where relevant;
the purchase or charge date;
the amount charged;
the transaction or receipt reference, if available;
the billing descriptor shown; and
a brief explanation of the cancellation right or circumstance.
Do not send your full payment-card number, card security code, password, authentication code, or bank credentials through ordinary email.
If supporting documents are reasonably required, Cuddle will provide appropriate submission instructions.
Are there deadlines?
Some cancellation rights have strict deadlines or require a particular notice method.
Follow any instructions provided:
at checkout;
in your receipt;
in the State-Specific Terms;
in a purchase-specific notice; or
under applicable law.
Do not delay an initial cancellation notice while gathering documents unless the applicable instructions require those documents to be submitted at the same time.
Does submitting a request guarantee a refund?
No.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund unless a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or controlling purchase terms.
Depending on the applicable right, a remedy may include:
a full or partial refund;
a pro rata refund;
an access extension;
an access adjustment; or
another legally required remedy.
Is a refund request the same as a cancellation request?
Not always.

Does deleting my account cancel the purchase?
No.
Deleting or closing your account does not automatically:
reverse a completed purchase;
create a refund;
exercise a statutory cancellation right; or
resolve a billing or payment dispute.
Because Premium does not automatically renew, account deletion is not required to prevent another charge.
What if I stop using Cuddle?
Stopping use of Cuddle does not automatically cancel a completed purchase or create a refund.
Unless an applicable cancellation, refund, or access-adjustment right applies, the 30-day Premium period continues until its disclosed expiration date.
